The most common questions.
Do we own the devices if we rent them?
Rented devices remain the property of the service provider during the rental period. You can also buy the meters outright. They then belong to you and you only pay the monthly reading fee.
What does the monthly fee include?
The device, SIM card, gateway, mobile data plan and data transfer. Installation and emergency maintenance are charged separately.
Who installs the devices?
Our technical staff, for the whole building at once. Construction work, such as drilling, is paid by the client.
What if a device breaks?
We replace or repair it free of charge within a reasonable time if the cause is a manufacturing defect or normal wear.
How long is the contract?
Up to 10 years for rentals. If you end the contract early, the rent for the remaining period must be paid.
Is the data secure?
Yes. Data is transferred encrypted and is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
Can the price change during the contract?
The agreed price is fixed for the contract period. If prices ever change, we give notice at least within the period required by law.
How long does installation take?
For a typical apartment building, installation usually takes one to a few business days, depending on the number of meters and the building. You get the exact schedule with your quote.
What happens if an apartment changes owner?
The contract is with the association or building owner, not individual apartment owners, so a change of owner does not affect the service.
